Описание
Программа ориентирована на подготовку магистрантов по направлению Международное бизнес-право. В рамках обучения слушатели получают знания по дисциплинам Международное торговое право, Инвестиционное право, Корпоративное управление и комплаенс, Fintech: право и регулирование.
Обучение на программе осуществляется исключительно на английском языке.
Преподавателями являются специалисты, имеющие международное образование и значительный практический опыт в сфере международного права. Для подготовки магистрантов используется сократовский метод преподавания, предполагающий высокую вовлеченность слушателей в процесс обучения.
Большое внимание уделяется развитию практических навыков обучающихся.
Программа проводится с использованием дистанционных образовательных технологий, что позволяет сочетать обучение и профессиональную юридическую деятельность.
Выпускники программы могут осуществлять профессиональную деятельность в международных юридических фирмах, осуществлять представительство в суде как в Российской Федерации, так и в зарубежных странах.
